ROOTS to Academic Excellence welcomes individuals, educators, schools, colleges, businesses, and community organizations who share our commitment to helping students access resources, opportunities, and educational support. There are many ways to become part of our mission.

Volunteer With ROOTS

Your Time Can Make a Difference

Volunteers can help ROOTS expand the support and opportunities available to students and families.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

• FAFSA/WASFA events

• Scholarship support

You do not have to be an educator to make an impact. Different experiences, skills, and perspectives can all contribute to our work.

A supportive adult can make a meaningful difference in a student's educational journey.

ROOTS mentors can encourage students, help them identify goals, share knowledge and experiences, and help students develop confidence as they navigate education and future opportunities.
